Order Confirmation:
After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive it within an hour, check your spam folder or contact us.
Order Changes & Cancellations:
You can cancel or modify your order within 1 hour of placement. Email info@pupswear.uk as soon as possible.
Returns:
You may return items within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Return Process:
- Email us at info@pupswear.uk with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide the return address and instructions.
- Send the item back using a tracked service. Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.
Exchanges:
We offer exchanges for the same product in a different size or colour, subject to availability.
Refunds:
Once we receive your return, refunds will be processed within 5 working days. Funds may take an additional 2–5 days to appear in your account.
Faulty or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days with photos and your order details. We will arrange a replacement or refund including postage.
